Nov. 22 - Happy 70th Birthday Granddaddy!

We went to eat at Papa's for my dad's 70th birthday. It was also my parents 31st Anniversary. Lemons for Grandma.... Crackers for Granddaddy...

Nov. 17 - Kaiden's vs. pinata Round 1

The little girl that used to live upstairs from us just turned two. This was Kaiden's first birthday party that he has been to and he had a blast.

Kaiden helped me clean my car one Saturday morning and we had a blast. He sat in the drivers seat and changed the radio stations, turned up and down the volume, tried to shift and, of course, danced!

My First Blog...

I have decided to start this blog to keep a record of me and Kaiden's life. Now my friends and family can watch as we both do a little growing up. Sometimes I'm not too sure whether it's me teaching Kaiden about the world...or Kaiden teaching me how to stop and enjoy life. As a friend once said to me, "This Too Shall Pass" meaning that what you have today may be gone tomorrow. We also just had a new edition into the family, MJ our puppy. She has completly changed the dynamic of our family...now, it's always two against one whether it's girls vs. boys, kids vs. mommy or humans vs. dog! She's only 6 or 7 months old so they'll grow up together. She brings a nice sense of peace to our home.
